Ingredients

  • 1 cup white (jasmine) rice
  • 2 cup water
  • Appropriate amount of chicken bouillon
  • Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.25 white onion
  • Few-several cloves garlic
  • 0.5 serano/jalapeno
  • MSG (optional)

Recipe

  1. Combine sauce ingredients in blender with a pinch of salt and a pinch of MSG
  2. Toast rice (no rinse)
  3. Pour in sauce
  4. Cover with lid
  5. Simmer 20 minutes or until absorbed
  6. Remove from heat and stir
  7. Let it sit with the lid on for 10 minutes
