Ingredients
- 1 cup white (jasmine) rice
- 2 cup water
- Appropriate amount of chicken bouillon
- Tablespoon tomato paste
- 0.25 white onion
- Few-several cloves garlic
- 0.5 serano/jalapeno
- MSG (optional)
Recipe
- Combine sauce ingredients in blender with a pinch of salt and a pinch of MSG
- Toast rice (no rinse)
- Pour in sauce
- Cover with lid
- Simmer 20 minutes or until absorbed
- Remove from heat and stir
- Let it sit with the lid on for 10 minutes
