  • 3 lbs Yukon gold cubed
  • 3-4 oz cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup milk

  1. Add potatoes to cold and salted water
  2. Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes can be easily poked through
  3. Drain
  4. Mash
  5. Add other ingredients and combine
