Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
- Half cup polenta
- 2.5 cup water
- Some Parmigiana Reggiano (not too much)
Recipe
- Heat water
- Add polenta while stirring
- Stir like a motherfucker
- Stir almost constantly while on the lowest simmer possible
- Once the consistency is right, add cheese
Notes
- 5:1 is a better ratio than 4:1
- Add bouillon if you have it
