Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • Half cup polenta
  • 2.5 cup water
  • Some Parmigiana Reggiano (not too much)

Recipe

  1. Heat water
  2. Add polenta while stirring
  3. Stir like a motherfucker
  4. Stir almost constantly while on the lowest simmer possible
  5. Once the consistency is right, add cheese

Notes

  • 5:1 is a better ratio than 4:1
  • Add bouillon if you have it
