Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (or 5)
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon grapefruit peel

Recipe
- Drain tomatoes for 10-15 minutes
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
